The people behind the pour.

We’re Tee Hoong and Jia Wen, the duo behind It’s Partea — a Penang-born beverage brand we started around a shared love for tea and the idea that a drink can feel both familiar and distinctive.

Our approach is simple: keep the tea recognisable, build each recipe around balance, and give every drink a clear personality rather than relying on sweetness alone.

As the brand grows, we’re bringing that same idea into cafés, sports communities, markets and our Beverage on Tap event experience.

Where can I self-collect?

Self-collection is arranged from our Bayan Lepas business address: 22A, Lengkok Merbah 2, Taman Sri Bayan, 11900 Bayan Lepas, Penang. Please wait for our WhatsApp confirmation before heading over.

Do you provide delivery?

Delivery can be arranged depending on order volume and location. The delivery charge is paid by the customer and we will confirm the fee before the order is final.

Is there a minimum preorder?

We do not publish a fixed minimum for direct preorders at the moment. Availability depends on our preparation schedule, and delivery is more practical for suitable order volume. We will confirm what is possible on WhatsApp.

How early should I preorder?

Advance arrangement is recommended. Tell us your preferred date and time in the preorder form and we will confirm availability with you.

Can I buy It’s Partea without preordering?

Yes. Selected drinks are also available through our partner locations, including Inside Out Café and Keat Keat Pickleball Club, subject to their current stock.

Do you cater for events or businesses?

Yes. We offer event beverage service, wholesale and selected consignment partnerships. Use the enquiry section below and we’ll continue the discussion on WhatsApp.
